afser damn its been so long since it typed something in jap, cant believe i made such simple mistakes. anyway okurimono generally means presents so amaimono and ii tshirt falls under that category. and it shouldn’t be otoosan cause i am referring to my father, when referring to my own father, use chichioh yeah whats that kaite?
kaite is from kairimasu (come back). your dad comes back from japan. so we use the form of kaite kimashita.
you can refer to your dad as otoosan, nothing’s wrong with that.*kairimasu(come back, go home….)
i dunno why i kept typing wrong. it’s kaErimasu. hence kaEte kimashita.
