in the criminal law process, documentation or certificate stating that you’re innocent or cleared of all charges will not be handed to you. it will be in the records of the courts and police.
if you wish to complain against the police officers, get their names and number, submit it to the Anti Corruption Agency. There’s a postbox to submit your complain at the Pos Besar Kuala Lumpur.

godblessmsia – i read thru ur blog too. all i can say i know of people who have been thru alot worse that you and have made much less of a fuss. its not like you’ve been kicked in the head or something. at least going thru this experience will make u think 4 -5 times before u do anything remotely against the law. innocent people get hauled away by cops all the time. if prison had airconditioning, good food and a nice bed, hell i know alot of people will be hanging out in there. anyways. . glad to hear that u came out ok. the mistake in the 1st urine test is a normal one. from what i know, a ph test is used for on the spot urine tests so a large number of reasons will make ur results positive…. anyways. . cheer up mate.
