cheng leong!! wassup man! long time no c!haha..regarding your questiion, yes they trade in USD. If they see that youre a tourist, they will only accept USD. But even though you’re trading in USD, stuff is still relatively cheap and afforadable! I recommend that you change slightly more than half to USD and the rest to viet money.
P.S. Stay away frm the prostitutes, unless you wanna mati there!
