This place was recommended to us for lunch. Located across our hotel, we walked to this place and immediately plonked our butts on their seats.
Getting a seat was a problem initially as the place was packed with patrons. Fortunately, a group of people left after a minute.
This place is famous for their curry noodles. That was the only thing I saw on everybody’s table. I heard the other alternative is their dry Mee Kicap.
The curry noodles came in a thick soup. There wasn’t a thick layer of oil – which I usually hate. There was only few pieces of chicken but it was enough for me.
My overall impression of the place is only mediocre. Ah Loy Assam Laksa in OUG tasted so much better.
